The Vetus RULAG rubber bearing holds your propeller shaft securely in place – reliably, quietly, and with low maintenance. The water-lubricated rubber bearing with a robust brass casing is specially designed for installation in the stern tube and impresses with its proven brass and rubber construction.

Tip: When pressing in the bearing, ensure that the stern tube bore and the outer surface of the bearing are clean and burr-free – this will ensure a firm and durable fit for the brass casing. As an alternative, Vetus also offers the RULAG with a phenolic resin casing: lighter, corrosion-free, and particularly easy to replace.
