Precisely aligned before the first screw is tightened: The Vetus Flexible Coupling Type KO5 (Type 6), thanks to its special conical clamping hub, ensures 100% concentric mounting – without elaborate alignment. This saves time in the engine room and protects the shaft, gearbox, and bearings from misalignment in the long term.
Tip: Tighten the conical clamping hub evenly and without impact when installing it – this way, the hub will be perfectly centered and can be removed without residue later if needed.
