The small component with a big impact: The STA-LOK cone is the crucial inner part of every STA-LOK screw terminal and ensures that the wire rope is securely and permanently clamped in the sleeve. Made of stainless steel, it is specially designed for 1x19 wire and fits the respective wire diameter exactly.
Important: These cones are only suitable for standard 1x19 wire rope. For compact wire (Dyform/compact stranding), always use the special STA-LOK cones for compact wire – the wire geometry differs, and an incorrect cone endangers the connection.
