The Explorer by Ritchie Navigation is a proven boat compass with a clear white dial and a practical tilt mount – ideal if the installation location is not vertical. Thanks to its stepless tilt up to 45°, it can be precisely aligned to the skipper's viewing angle, so you always keep a relaxed eye on your course.
Tip: After installation, calibrate the integrated compensators with a reference compass or GPS course to accurately compensate for deviations caused by onboard magnets (engine, speakers) – this significantly increases navigation accuracy.
