Your outboard motor is one of the most valuable parts on board – protect it with the right lock. The McGard motor lock replaces the original mounting screw of the outboard with a theft-protected special screw, which can only be removed with the supplied original key. This way, the motor stays on the transom, even if you leave the boat unattended.
Tip: Before purchasing, check whether your outboard uses a 5/16″×18 mounting screw on the clamping frame – you can find this information in your motor's manual or from the manufacturer.
