To prevent unwanted loosening: This Blue Wave M8 left-hand lock nut reliably secures terminals and connections in the rig against self-loosening. Exactly the right solution wherever right-hand thread fasteners do not work due to the direction of rotation.

Tip: Always tighten the lock nut by counter-holding the terminal – never just turn it in the air. Lightly grease stainless steel threads before screwing on to prevent galling.
