Maximum corrosion protection begins with the right primer: Interprotect Hardener is the activator for International's proven 2-component epoxy primer Interprotect – a high-performance system for almost all boatbuilding materials, whether above or below the waterline. When mixed, it creates a fast-drying, extremely adhesive protective layer that reliably protects hulls from moisture and corrosion.
Tip: Always carefully mix hardener and base in the specified mixing ratio and observe the pot life – at higher temperatures, it shortens noticeably. Use Thinner No. 7 if a lower viscosity is desired for the first coat.
