Teak, Iroko, and other oily tropical hardwoods pose real adhesion problems for classic varnishes – Epifanes Hardwood Oil Varnish solves precisely that. The product combines the nourishing effect of an oil with the protection of a clear varnish and adheres reliably to difficult, naturally oil-rich types of wood. This gives your woodwork on board long-lasting protection with a natural finish.

Thin the first coat by 25% with Epifanes Paint Thinner (brush application) or Epifanes 1-K Spray Thinner (spray application) – this ensures optimal initial adhesion. Subsequent coats should only be thinned by 0–5%. Recoatable after 24 hours at 20°C.
