The classic for beautiful wood on board: Epifanes Yacht Varnish Clear is a high-gloss, single-component yacht varnish that seals mahogany, meranti, and similar woods with rich shine and reliable UV protection. Thanks to its exceptional elasticity, it follows the natural movement of the wood – without cracks, without peeling, even after years in sun and salt water.

Tip: When building up on bare wood, be sure to follow the dilution scheme – the first coat 50% diluted, so that the varnish penetrates deep into the wood. At least 7 coats will result in a classic, deep high-gloss finish. Lightly sand between coats (recoatable after 24 hours at 18 °C) for optimal adhesion.
