Corrosion on the exhaust manifold is a thing of the past: This replacement manifold from 1852 is made of seawater-resistant stainless steel AISI 316 and permanently withstands harsh onboard operation. It replaces the Volvo Penta OEM part 861289 and fits a long list of proven diesel and turbo-diesel engines from the 31, 41, 42, 43, 44, 300 series, as well as KAD32, D5, and D7.

Tip: Before installation, check all coolant hoses and hose clamps for wear – a manifold change is the ideal time for a visual inspection of the entire cooling circuit.
